drop off
Younger children should be accompanied by the adult picking them up from school and accompanied to the lower entrance door, where I will meet them.
Older children may be allowed by their parents to come to hall without supervision but please remind them to be careful in carpark, use paths and the crossing at the corner of the tennis courts wall.
attendance
If your child is unable to attend for any reason, please let me know if possible. This allows us to start the session without waiting around for a child who is not going to be there.
pick up
Younger children should be collected from the same door they entered through when their session has finished.
Older children should be collected from the same door, but if they have your permission to walk home alone, please let me know.
timekeeping
I know this is difficult at times with multiple pick-ups, busy traffic on roads and work commitments but please try to drop off and collect children at correct times.
clothing & footwear
Children should attend the session in their school uniforms and changing footwear to trainers is optional but not always practical.
school closures
Sessions will not be on if St Brides Primary School is closed, and this is reflected in each age groups fee and worked out according to the current school calendar.
payment
Costs:
£7.50 per session, with total cost based on how many sessions in each term. Total cost of new term will be emailed to you at end of each term.
Payment:
Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or cheque and before your child’s second session of each new term.
